APARSIA s.r.o., registration number: 119 99 110, with registered office at Klobásova 37/34, Starý Lískovec, 625 00 Brno, file reference: C 146430 maintained at the Regional Court in Brno (hereinafter “We”), as the data controller, informs you as a client and user of www.aparsia.cz about the collection of personal data and privacy protection principles.

Processing of Children's Personal Data

Our website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not process personal data of children under 16 years of age.

Scope of Personal Data Processing

When you contact us through the website, or if you become our client or business partner, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or your company. This may include:

  1. a) Your name and surname,
  2. b) business name,
  3. c) address or registered office of the company,
  4. d) date of birth, identification number and tax identification number,
  5. e) telephone number, or
  6. f) email address

We do not track you on our website, so only the personal data that you explicitly provide to us will reach us.

Purpose of Processing

The data you provide is used to contact you back and provide you with requested information, or for contract performance, i.e., brokering the purchase or sale of real estate. All personal data is processed lawfully and transparently; only appropriate, relevant and necessary data is required.

We may also use your name and email address to send you commercial communications about events, publications or services we provide. You may refuse this at any time without affecting our other relationship — simply email info@aparsia.cz.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data takes place on the following legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR:

  1. Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (letter b)): to respond to inquiries, provide information and broker real estate.
  2. Legitimate interest of the Controller (letter f)): for sending commercial communications (marketing), where our legitimate interests outweigh your rights (you may object at any time).

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making or profiling.

Who Has Access to Your Personal Data

We may disclose your personal data to our subcontractors for the purposes stated above. Personal data may be disclosed to:

  1. external accountant – SAMP s.r.o. / registration number: 26749351, Štefánikova 17/27, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague;
  2. cooperating real estate agents;
  3. external law firm;
  4. providers of server, web, cloud or IT services.

Your personal data will not be provided to third parties from countries outside the EU and EEA.

Period of Personal Data Processing

We will process your personal data for the period during which we provide you with our services or perform our mutual contract, or for the period necessary to fulfill archival obligations under applicable law, but no longer than 10 years from the termination of service provision.

Your Rights Arising from Personal Data Processing

You have the following rights:

  1. a) right of access to personal data;
  2. b) right to rectification;
  3. c) right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
  4. d) right to restrict processing of data;
  5. e) right to object to processing; and
  6. f) right to lodge a complaint about personal data processing.

You can exercise all your rights by contacting us at info@aparsia.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Right of access means that you can request our confirmation at any time as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long we will process it, and whether automated decision-making is taking place. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, with the first provision being free of charge.

Right to rectification means that you can request us at any time to correct or supplement your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object and there are no overriding legitimate reasons, or (iv) we are required to do so by law.

Right to restrict processing means that while we resolve any disputed issues, we must restrict the processing of your personal data so that it can only be stored and used for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for those purposes.

Right to data portability means that you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, if processing is based on consent or a contract and takes place automatically.

These Personal Data Protection Principles are effective from 1 January 2023.
